Meditation is a spiritual, mental and physical practice used to explore your own mind. A lot of people believe that it can have therapeutic effects. It also helps you maintain a greater sense of peace and calm in your life. Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or as an end in itself. There are many different kinds of meditation, but this Meditation will focus on the root chakra. This exercise will help us wake up the root chakra and feel more grounded.
